Lawyer graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP, 2003), Andréa Françolin holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the same University and attended a pre-LLM course at Penn State (Pennsylvania, USA, 2014).
She has a sound experience in dispute resolution and focuses her practice on strategic litigation, in both administrative and judicial spheres, as well as on Civil and Consumer Laws.
