Marcos Restrepo received his J.D. degree from Largo de São Francisco Law School (USP, 1996) and holds a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) from George Washington University (GWU, 2009).He has extensive experience in compliance and internal investigations, particularly in conducting internal investigations related to fraud, misconduct and regulatory violations, both in Brazil and abroad.

His practice also includes construction and infrastructure contracts, as well as civil, commercial and administrative litigation, particularly in bidding and regulatory disputes.

He has extensive experience in his areas of practice, including working in the legal departments of major corporations and financial institutions, both in Brazil and the United States.
