IWRCF’s Social Security team provides consulting services and representation in litigation. Our services include:
Main Services Provided:
- Consultancy and assistance in the withholding of INSS and payroll discharge (CPRB), the recovery of social security credits, installments of social security debts, and compensation and restitution
- Filing of defenses and appeals of Infraction Notices, in administrative proceedings against INSS and in challenging the SAT/RAT Index
- Assistance with the FGTS Collection Guide and Social Security Information (GFIP)
